1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition

  • The item is in its original packaging with tags (if applicable)

  • You have the order number and proof of purchase

Please note:
We do not accept returns for items marked final sale, custom items, or gift cards.


2. How to Start a Return

To request a return or exchange, please email us at [email protected] with:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • The reason for the return

  • Clear photos if the item is damaged or incorrect

We will respond within 1–2 business days with instructions.


3. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made a mistake.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee we’ll receive your returned item.


4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.


5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received the wrong item or your item arrived damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will provide a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.


6. Cancellations

We accept order cancellations within 12 hours of purchase. After that, the order may already be in processing and cannot be canceled.
