We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from Vintage Shorts. If you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

  • We accept returns on unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be in their original condition with tags and packaging intact.

2. How to Start a Return

To request a return or exchange, please email us at [email protected] with:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • The reason for the return

  • Clear photos if the item is damaged or incorrect

We will respond within 1–2 business days with instructions.

3. Fees and Additional Charges

  • No Extra Fees: We do not charge any additional fees for processing returns or exchanges.

  • Shipping Costs: There will be no shipping charges applied during the return or exchange process, and no restocking fees will be incurred.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received the wrong item or your item arrived damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will provide a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

6. Cancellations

We accept order cancellations within 12 hours of purchase. After that, the order may already be in processing and cannot be canceled.
